Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while initially advertised as spacious, turned out to be smaller than expected, with a prevalent smell of mold, which was quite disappointing considering the high nightly rate. On the bright side, the room was exceptionally clean and boasted a unique indoor and outdoor shower, which we absolutely loved. However, the lack of curtains was a downside.

The service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, surprising us with a bottle of champagne and birthday balloons for my partner. They were incredibly professional and friendly throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient as it was further from the center of Tulum, making it a hassle to either walk or rely on taxis. On the upside, the hotel is nestled in the jungle right at the end of the beach, close to the Sian Kaa jungle reserve, offering a unique and exotic setting.

The hotel rooms had a nice interior design and a great view, but were overpriced for the finish quality. The service was a bit combative but they tried hard to make up for any inconveniences. The location, although beautiful and nestled in a jungle garden, was inconvenient being at the far end of the resort strip in Tulum. The dining experience was top-notch, offering very tasty options. The facilities were well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with a slight smell of mold being the only downside considering the high price per night. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The location, though slightly inconvenient for walking or accessing restaurants in the area, was stunning during the day. Dining was a pleasant experience overall, with delicious food despite some delays.
